That's not surprising. Although a lot of file sharing programs use port 1214, iMesh's own site indicates that iMesh uses "Port 1863, port 80 and port 443". Other sources say that "P2P file sharing applications such as Kazaa, KazaaLite, Grokster and iMesh all use this network and connect to other hosts using any open TCP/UDP port to search and download files. This makes filtering them with an access list impossible"
Using TerminatorX v2, which does not block ports to stop p2p traffic, but stops use of the iMesh program on a workstation is the way forward. At the same time you can select to stop other p2p programs, messengers, chat and games.
Go on, give it a try. Download the free trial by using the button above and get blocking!

TerminatorX v2 can block
iMesh other file sharing programs. Blocking messengers, chat and games (even
locally run games) is just a tickbox away (see the picture at the top of this page).
TerminatorX scans the running programs and web sites and removes from use any that you have selected.
More than 220 web sites and programs are built into a tick list (see picture above). The file sharing pre-sets include:
Ares, Azureus, BadBlue, BearShare, BitComet , BitTorrent, Blubster, Cheetah, Crapster, DC++, Direct Connect, eDonkey , eMule , File Miner, File Navigator, FileShare, Filetopia, FlashGet, FreeWire, GLUZ, Gnotella, Gnucleus, Gnutella, GO MP3, Grokster, iMesh , KaZaA , LimeWire Morpheus , MP3DownloadCity.com, Mute, MyNapster, Napster, NeoNapster, Overnet, PHEX, Piolet, Prune Baby, Shareaza, SwapNut, Swapper, TrustyFiles , URLBlaze, uTorrent, Warez P2P, WinMP3Locator, WinMX , XoloX, Yaga
